I’m Cavaz, a 27-year-old astrophotographer based in Michigan. My journey into the night sky began in November 2024, driven by a fascination with the celestial wonders visible from the Great Lakes State.
What started as a curiosity has quickly become a dedicated pursuit of capturing deep-sky objects. Navigating the unique challenges of Michigan’s climate has only deepened my appreciation for the rare, clear nights that allow me to reveal the hidden beauty of our universe.
